Month 1: Evaluation and Groundwork
First Assessment: Perform a thorough evaluation to learn about the patient’s medical background, drug use habits, mental health requirements, and treatment objectives.
Detoxification: To safely manage withdrawal symptoms and get the patient ready for the treatment process ahead, offer medically supervised detoxification.
Overview of Counseling: Introduce the patient to a range of therapeutic approaches, such as group therapy, individual counseling, and psychoeducational sessions.
Putting Support Systems in Place: Motivate the person to Participate in support groups, establish connections with other recovering individuals, and create a network of allies both inside and outside the treatment facility.
Months Two and Three: Establishing the Foundation
Individual Counseling: Go on with routine individual counseling sessions to address the root causes of addiction, learn coping mechanisms, and establish realistic recovery objectives.
Group Therapy: Take part in group therapy sessions to build a feeling of support, exchange personal stories, acquire new perspectives, and pick up tips from peers going through comparable struggles.

These services include sober living arrangements, alumni support groups, outpatient therapy, and ongoing follow-up care.
